Refund Policy

We are committed to supporting your store's success. If, within 30 days of launching your store with us, you do not see any sales generated, we will issue a full refund of your initial setup fee.

To qualify for this refund, please ensure that:

  1. Your store has remained active and accessible throughout the 30-day period.
  2. All recommended steps for store setup, marketing, and optimization have been followed as outlined in our onboarding materials.
  3. Any issues that may have impacted store functionality or accessibility were promptly reported to our support team.

To request a refund, please email us at support@webuild24.com within 10 days of the 30-day period ending. Be sure to include your store details and any relevant order information. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

This policy applies only to stores that have not generated any sales within the first 30 days and may be subject to additional terms as specified in our full Terms of Service.
